We called Precision because when we looked online you had lots of great reviews We were given a window of 1-3 but your technician arrived by 11:30 which was great since our door was stuck open. If there is one thing that I cannot tolerate, it is companies that add expenses and work that is not needed; Precision did not do that. Their honesty and workmanship was impeccable.

Excellent service. Got an appointment in under 24 hours. Mike called to advise of his arrival time. He replaced springs, wires, pully's, rollers and rubber seal. I hadn't had any service done in well over 10 years and the parts that were installed originally were worn and not the best quality. Mike installed much better quality parts and with a 10-year warranty, I am all set. If there is a problem, they are just a phone call away. Love that they support veterans and provided me a discount. They definitely deserve 5 stars. This was my 1st experience with them and would highly recommend.

I came across your page and was instantly drawn the the positive reviews I read. I decided to give you guys a shot and called to make an appointment. Mike came out the next day and fixed our problem so quickly!! He was very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable.
