Called in the morning, Joe arrived early afternoon. My garage door was malfunctioning and many of the parts of my garage door were worn. Once the garage door was fixed, I asked Joe to look at both of my doors and make safety recommendations. He spent time carefully considering what I needed and what was optional. Gave me a price that I could deal with and within 2 hours everything was completed. Now I have a bunch of new parts plus a system that is a lot safer than I started with. I am very satisfied with this franchise location. BTW I also got a thank you note from the owner, pretty cool!

Technician arrived on time and found problem immediately. Fixed the issue and was done in 15 minutes. Brian was friendly and informative. Showed me how to maintain the hinges and spring. Left me with the feeling I can always count on Precision to keep my overhead garage door working properly.
