I needed a last minute repair for my broken garage door spring and they sent someone over within a few hours of me calling them on Good Friday (a human person even answered the phone!). Bobby had the replacement parts on hand, was very friendly and professional and did the job quickly. Highly recommended.

After a 12 hour power outage I couldn't get the garage door to open. The gentleman who showed up to service my garage door opener was very polite, courteous and patient with me. We have used Precision and will continue to do so. They are pleasant to deal with, the phones are always answered and they are very prompt. Today our Precision Garage Doors technician was Cody. He was very polite, friendly and thoroigh. Cody fixed our garage door, checked everything and made some observations and suggestions regarding our aging machinery. But no hard up-sell. The pricing is transparent and fair. I highly recommend Precision

Corey arrived promptly and was able to pinpoint the issues, let me know the cost options up front, and had the replacements and repairs done quickly. Corey was excellent, explaining what he had done to fix the issues. Kudos as well to the agent who booked the appointments and provided me with copies of my invoices, very helpful and caring. Very satisfied with the service Precision provided.
