Please describe your experience. The experience was the best possible when considering what we learned, purchased and installations by Brian Ford JR. Did we meet your expectations? No, greatly exceeded then with initial meeting, pricing installation and answers to all questions so we got the best solution to our problem. Thank You Brian Ford JR. Did we solve your problem? Yes and made suggestions to make repairs and installation the best. Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Were they helpful? Brian Ford Jr. was so thorough, professional and knowledgble he should be a trainer. Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence. I had previous experience with Precision in Ohio.

Our garage door broke(spring snapped and we needed it fixed ASAP because my husband has mobility issues and uses the garage to enter and exit our home. Honestly I googled and the first business I called was Precision garage doors of NJ. They gave me an appointment the next day and Brian arrived in the time frame promised. He pointed out some other exiting issues with the garage door which we gave him permission to fix. In 40 minutes the job was done and now we have peace of mind with a 5 year warranty on the work Brian completed. Brian is an asset to Precision Garage Doors- courteous and professional.

Yesterday morning started off with opening my garage only to hear a loud pop. I thought it was a gunshot, but turned out to be a the spring on my garage. It snapped and the garage was non functional. I thought this was going to be a long process to fix. I called Precision and the lady answered and told me that a technician would be on their way. Within an hour the technician was out. Then another 45 minutes the garage was restored to be better then new. Very impressed.

We called Precision because of the great service they gave us over 12 years ago. We needed to travel on Christmas Eve and late the day before our garage door springs broke. We called many companies and Precision was the only company that answered the phone. They responded quickly and we were so appreciative! This time our only car was stuck in the garage, again for a broken spring. Precision again responded quickly. They asked appropriate questions . We called around 11:30 and they said a technician would arrive between 1 and 4. CJ was great. Knowledgeable, polite ,patient and professional. We were as pleased with service this time as we were 12 years ago. We are now looking forward to a new a new garage door in several weeks. Thanks Precision!

The whole process was easy. The girls in the office were friendly and accommodating. They were understanding of our problem, and made an appointment for the very next day! When it came time for our appointment, CJ was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our problem. He installed new springs and bearings on our old garage door opener. He was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and wow was he thorough!! We will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors to install a new unit soon! Thank you!

Our garage door spring had broken so I called Precision and talked to Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful and told me they could have someone come to look at it that same day. The service man called and told us he was on his way. He introduced himself and told me where he was from. He assessed the problem and told me what the cost would be. We proceeded with the repair and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We now have a working garage door thanks to Brian! I would definitely recommend Precision . I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision. It started immediately when speaking with the receptionist, she was helpful and very polite. My technician Bobby S. called when he was on his way and texted when he arrived. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had a garage door "rebuild"...pulley, springs, cables, rollers. I looked up companies online and chose Precision because of the red banner that said open today 8-4 I was given a window of 12-3 and was genuinely surprised when Brian arrived at 12. Within an hour our new springs were installed. Originally I had tried to contact the company that had installed the door several years ago, but no one responded to the message I left. Precision has a new customer!
