My garage door opener stopped working. I called Precision and they had a mechanic at my house within 36 hours. Steve was fantastic! He identified the problem immediately, made the most sensible recommendations for repair, and fixed it within the hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Seth solved the problem I was having also suggested the replacement of rollers, cables, and springs as they were never serviced in 10 years and he showed me the wear and tare on the above mentioned equipment. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft. Upon receiving the emailed invoice I noticed a 25.00 charge for disposal of misc hardware. Was not aware there would be a fee for that. I feel the charge was uncalled for in light of the amount for the total repairs. My bad for not looking at the computer to see the itemized charges. All in all satisfied with your service.

The technician explained exactly what was needed and gave us options. Once decided upon, he quickly performed the task. He was polite and nice and worked efficiently. I did not receive my 15 minute heads up call before the tech arrived, but he did arrive within the time frame stated. It was easy to schedule the appointment on the phone and they were able to come out quickly.

Our garage door opener stopped working one day ago. We called Precision since we used them once before. The technician, Bobby Sanborn arrived the next day as promised, and he was efficient, knowledgeable, and a sincere pleasure to deal with. He had the door opener installed and programmed and we were thoroughly pleased. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat.

I had cables, rollers, and pulleys replaced on one of my garage doors, Joe the technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem (broken cable), made a reasonable recommendation with accurate cost and performed the work timely and with high quality. He also addressed a noise in my other door, ultimately replacing the belt rail, which was covered under warranty...no questions asked. Great work by Joe the technician and a timely response by Precision when I first called about the broken cable.

Your service man was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem immediately so it was a relatively quick fix. He then educated me about the workings of the opener and we replaced two of the working parts to help insure that my doors are working well. I was very pleased with his service

I found myself in violation of a bylaw in my community due to a dent in my garage door. When I asked my neighbors for a referral, it was Precision Door Service that they unanimously recommended. I called this morning, spoke to the most helpful staff person and was scheduled for an appointment within an hour of my call. When Technician, Brian Ford Jr. arrived at our home, we knew we were in very good hands. He explained our options, knew exactly what our community would find acceptable, and proceeded to write the order for two new garage doors, as discussed. After he left, I looked at other homes on my block, and realized that I would prefer another style door. I called, spoke to the most amazing women (wish I could remember both names) and within minutes, my order was updated to reflect my new choice, and the invoice was generated. The staff at the Ocean County, NJ location is magnificent. I expect that the garage door installer will be just as outstanding.

I rated our service experience with Precision at 5 stars because there weren't 10! Our entire service process, from the initial service telephone call through the completion of the repairs on our garage door was OUTSTANDING!! Our service technician, BRIAN F provided us with the best service by far that we have ever had for any household issue. From the moment he stepped out of his truck and throughout the time he spent repairing our garage door Brian was very personable, polite, and he explained each of the steps he would take to determine what the problem was with our door, how he would repair the door, the cost for the work to be done and then, how he would test the work done to ensure our door was working at 100%. All of the work was completed in roughly 45 minutes. It probably would have taken less time if I hadn't asked as many questions as I did! Brian cleaned up the work area and then had me open/close the repaired door to make sure I was satisfied with his work. My wife and I are very satisfied with the high level of service provided by the Precision team as well as the very reasonable cost for the service provided. Thanks again BRIAN!!

My garage door was making a noise you could hear for blocks. My original installer wouldn’t call back, some fly by night company. I called Precision and they came out. It was such a simple thing and they could have told me anything. Paid only the service fee and no more noise. Great service, Great technician. Will definitely use again.

Precision installed a new garage door and opener a few years ago. Recently i had a problem adjusting the limits because of a new driveway installed. Both times the service was prompt great workmanship and explained everything with ease. A great experience! Really a great company!

I needed a new keyless entry for my garage. I was asked over the phone what type of unit I have and was told that the technician would have on the truck. He came out and in three seconds he told me that he does not have anything compatible with unit. I was then charged 100.00 for that info that could have been done over the phone before he came out. I feel taken advantage of. This is not a reflection on the tech as he was nice.

Precision is super professional and got my garage doors fixed and working great. I would recommend them! For context I hired a small, local company last year to "fix" one of the doors. It broke 5 months later due to a careless oversight and I had zero faith in their ability to fix it correctly.
