I called at 8:15 am needing to replace the trolley on my garage door. The technician arrived by 9:30 am that morning to make the repair. This was especially important b/c we could not lock our garage door when closed. The repair took only about 30 mins and we were good to go. Thank you for such a speedy repair! Jeff

Our garage door broke(spring snapped and we needed it fixed ASAP because my husband has mobility issues and uses the garage to enter and exit our home. Honestly I googled and the first business I called was Precision garage doors of NJ. They gave me an appointment the next day and Brian arrived in the time frame promised. He pointed out some other exiting issues with the garage door which we gave him permission to fix. In 40 minutes the job was done and now we have peace of mind with a 5 year warranty on the work Brian completed. Brian is an asset to Precision Garage Doors- courteous and professional.

Our garage door spring had broken so I called Precision and talked to Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful and told me they could have someone come to look at it that same day. The service man called and told us he was on his way. He introduced himself and told me where he was from. He assessed the problem and told me what the cost would be. We proceeded with the repair and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We now have a working garage door thanks to Brian! I would definitely recommend Precision . Technician Brian Ford Jr. just finished evaluating and repairing my garage doors. He did an excellent job, very professional, very knowledgeable and a great attitude!! We needed to get our garage door repaired. I found several recommendations for Precision with very good results. We called and were given a timeframe. The technician was running behind and we were contacted to let us know that. Then we received a call when he was on his way. Brian was so easy to work with and offered us options. The level of service I received from Precision was simply outstanding! I called for service around 10 AM for a problem I was having with the garage door. The door would neither raise nor lower, so after performing some basic troubleshooting attempts and disconnecting the door from the track myself, I called Precision. My house is only a year and a half old and you would not think there would be an issue with the garage door so soon. The Precision dispatcher advised that a technician would arrive between noon and four PM. At about 12:15, I received a call from our technician Brian saying he would be arriving in 15 minutes or so. So when Brian arrived, we spoke about what the problem was, he then surveyed the situation and promptly began repairs which he saw as excessive play in the track chain which was hanging up the opener's sensor from performing properly. Sure enough, that was the problem. Some minor adjustment to take up excessive slack in the chain, several test runs and a lubrication and we were back in business. I can't offer enough positives about our technician Brian! He was extremely personable, extremely knowledgeable, offered some helpful suggestions, and is a true asset to the Precision team!! The entire problem was diagnosed and resolved in less than half an hour. Thanks again to Brian and the entire very professional Precision team. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I can.
