A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!

We were very pleased with Precision's employees and the quality of the work done. It was a pleasure to call and speak with a live person on the first try. We were given an appointment that worked perfectly with our schedule. Your technician, Robert Sanborn, called first and arrived on time to complete the job. Precision Door Service is great, I have used them a few times and they always keep the appointment. Their technicians are respectful, courteous and explain everything. The technician took care of the issue and did not try to upcharge me and get me to purchase parts I do not need. Also, very importantly, they do not sub contract out their calls to other companies.

The cable on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday night around 8 PM. I could not believe when I called precision door that someone actually answered the phone. My Garage Door went off the track at 11 A.M. on Saturday morning. I called precision and their Technician Robbie arrived by 2:30 P.M. the same day! Robbie quicky assessed the problem and performed the needed repair. He was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.
