Arrived n time, with all the parts carried on truck, including new opener. Flawless install and explanation of device, app, and all functions. Not one screw or scrap left behind aafter work and this after opener, rollers, springs, and gasket replaced. All materials high end and Mike was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Brian T. Ford. Jr - technician Brian was extremely professional, courteous and personable. Brian came on time and solved the problem; repairing the garage door better than it was before malfunctioning. Brian inspected the entire system of the door explaining several things to me and my options. Repair was done considerable quick and at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner then before he came; not even leaving a screw left behind. Brian is. REAL PRO. I’ve used Precision two times prior and with no hesitation would I use the again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Door and Brian Ford. A SKILLED PROFESSIONAL. Friendly. Your technician, Steve, did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution, and showed me how installing the upgraded hardware would solve my badly operating garage door problem. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, and the price was fair. My door now works perfectly. I would highly recommend both Steve and Precision.

I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. The repairs were made and the door operates like new though it was installed on n the 90’s. 5 stars from ma happy customer.

Steve came on time and solved the problem literally in a few seconds because nothing was wrong with my garage door opener system, but simply the trolley was released. He then inspected the whole system and the door, explaining several things to me. I could have easily saved the money of the service call, but it was my fault not to understand that nothing was wrong with my garage opener, and in the end it was a nice experience because Steve is very knowledgeable and super pleasant to speak with

First time using Precision and very pleased with the service we received. We were offered same day service by customer service - without having to ask! Steve arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with the opener quickly and offered the solution clearly with no misunderstanding. Repair was completed within an hour at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner at the completion of the job compared to when started. No cardboard, no screws, no metal left behind. Steve was a real pro. He even took the time the reprogram the phone app. I would use Precison again with no hesitation and I recommend Precision highly.
