I needed a last minute repair for my broken garage door spring and they sent someone over within a few hours of me calling them on Good Friday (a human person even answered the phone!). We had a Genie Belt Drive installed today. Our Technician Bobby was prompt and efficient. After going thru our options on a new opener, the old unit was removed and new unit installed in under an hour. All packaging and materials along with old unit were removed. Bobby took his time explaining the operation and features.

After a 12 hour power outage I couldn't get the garage door to open. The gentleman who showed up to service my garage door opener was very polite, courteous and patient with me. Bobby was at my house for two other big jobs in the last year. Made a call to the office on Thursday 12/19/2024 at 1 pm. The very friendly lady listened to my concerns and said Bobby will be out to my house the next day between 11am to 2pm. Bobby called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. Bobby changed the sensor which was not working properly. He is an amazing friendly young gentleman who always does the job correctly. I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.
