This was my first time using Precision Garage Service. I needed my springs replaced and Precision was able to get to my house within a few hours of me calling. I can't say enough good things about the service tech "Steve" that showed up for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable & professional. Steve answered all my questions and explained the whole process thoroughly. After talking with him, I actually decided to replace both door openers as well as all components. Steve got to work and knocked everything out with no problem. He then showed me how everything works, explained the details in warranty, how to troubleshoot and how the phone app works. Overall, I had a great 1st time experience with Precision. I would request Steve any time I need service next time. Great guy!

Great Garage Door service. Seth was professional and courteous. He explained all of the available options and estimated costs. I decided on a new opener and updated hardware (new springs, pulleys, rollers, cables). Seth completed the installation in a few hours and explained in detail operating the opener. I am very satisfied with Precision Door Service and the technician Seth.

Precision promptly responded to my emergency repair request by scheduling an appointment within 12 hours from my call. Seth arrived on time and provided detailed analysis of the issue. He had all the required materiel on his truck and was able to compete the job in allotted time. Seth professionalism and knowledge are commendable.

The service was perfect. Quick timing for an appointment. Tech showed up on time and called to let us know he was on his way. the tech was polite, efficient and left the space clean. I have used Precision in the past and would use them again. The opener was installed in 2013 and now in 2025 is the first time it needed any service at all. Recommend this business to anyone in need of garage door services.

I searched the internet for a garage door repair service and picked Precision based on their advertising and the amount of information they supplied about their personnel. The young lady who took my initial call really made everything simple. she set up my appointment, explained the initial service fee and how it would be deducted if the cost for repairs were above a certain amount and informed me that the repair person would call before they arrived. On the day of my appointment 6/7/2025 the technician (Joe Yazal) arrived on time after calling ahead to inform me he was coming. Joe was friendly, efficient and completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. I will call Precision again if I need repairs down the road.

Precision had helped us in 2019 when we had an issue with our garage opener. They inspected, corrected the problem and also replaced the warm dash at the bottom of the door. Very professional. Currently we could not close the door and the motor sounded terrible. We called and received a quick response. After the service tech inspected the door and opener, the problem was explained and options were explained clearly so we could make a decision to repair or replace. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased.

From the initial phone call for service to the completed job, all Precision employees were efficient, courteous, and professional. Have used Precision in the past. Today was an excellent service visit. We needed a whole new unit. The technician Joe Yazal did an efficient job but he also walked us through the set up and even connected our Car remote to the Garage. I am a senior citizen and Joe explained each step of the new technology of the system. We even called him after he had left to verify our understanding of the motion light detector. He not only rendered excellent technical service but his Customer Service skills are highly commendable. Thank you for a job well done and you have a customer for life. We only called your office yesterday, Thursday, and were able to get an appointment for today Friday. Your office personnel are also extremely helpful and friendly.
