My neighbor had used you and recommended you. I was given a next-day appointment and Brian showed up on time. Brian was very pleasant to deal with. He understood the problem, explained it to me and then explained my various options. The installation has not yet occurred but so far I am very pleased !

Brian is a pleasure to work with. He was so efficient and educational. We’ve had alot of work done to this 1948 yr old house and I can honestly say he was the best repairman. We now have 3 garage door openers for all our doors. Professional company. I only wish there were more than 5 stars.

I need work for my Liftmaster wall panel. During the inspection included with the call, it was brought to my attention that my rollers were in need of being replaced. That explained the grinding sound my garage doors made. Steve Posner was a great technician! Very thorough and personable. Plus I got an appointment quickly. I highly recommend Precision.

Just in the beginning stages of garage door replacement but had to comment about your agent Kaitlyn. She was on time, called me 20 min. before her arrival & could not have been a nicer, kinder & understanding person.
