My spare time is spent with my wife, friends, and family. I have a lot of love for animals and hope to be able to adopt a dog/dogs in the future.

Torsion spring broke on one of my doors - called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. Steve called before arriving and he was on time, professional, courteous and efficient! Spring was replaced and the door opener hooked back up and all adjusted within 30 min. Great service and reasonable prices!

Had a problem with the garage door not closing, Steve came out and checked the eyes and found they weren’t lined up properly, one side had moved. He made a slight adjustment and is working properly.

Had a very positive experience with Precision. I called in the evening when the cable broke on my garage door. I was able to get an appointment the next day in the afternoon. Steve was the technician that came. He was very courteous and professional. Explained the problem and took the time to fully explain the repairs. My garage door opened on its own. Changing the internal code to the transmitter didn't solve the problem. I used Precision Garage Doors in 2017, so I called them again. Later the same day, Steve, from Precision Garage Doors, explained to me what the problem was, & why I needed a new garage door motor. An hour later, my garage door is functioning perfectly & quietly. I have used Precision for service calls for years and had them replace my garage door at my new home 7 years ago. I have continued to use them and they have always been responsive in emergency situations. Last night I was in a real pinch and called in am emergency service call. Steve showed up and i immediately remembered him because he was through and helpful years back on another service call. He is professional and communicative. As always he explained everything that needed to be done and took care of the issue at 100% last night. It was my past recollection of the service I received on my last visit that immediately drove me to the sticker on the wall when I was in a jam last night, and again they came through at 9 pm last night. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very smooth, and pleasant experience. When I called for service I was given a window between 2-5 of the same day ( I called @ 11:30 am.) The technician called me at 2 and said he would be here in 30 min. When he arrived at 2:30 &checked out the problem explain my options clearly along with prices, and said it would take an hour. One hour later I had a smooth quiet garage door

They came very fast ,,the next morning after i called. Service man explained everything that was wrong with garage door and options to fix it. A couple hours later garage door worked again and i could drive my car out of garage,
