Torsion spring broke on one of my doors - called Precision and was able to get an appointment the same day. Steve called before arriving and he was on time, professional, courteous and efficient! Spring was replaced and the door opener hooked back up and all adjusted within 30 min. Great service and reasonable prices!

We found Precision of South Central NJ online. A few hours after calling on a Monday morning, Brian Ford Jr showed up. He did a thorough evaluation of both garage doors and gave us tiered options for the one with the broken spring. We agreed with his recommendations. He was able to do the repairs in about 1/2 hr. Brian is a superb technician and we appreciated his friendliness, forthrightness, and obvious work ethic. Highly recommended.

Precision is one of the best companies that I’ve ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. My garage door spring had broken the night before, and it made it impossible for me to get my car out of the garage. I called them first thing the next morning, and they scheduled me for that same day, in the afternoon. Soon, Brian Jr. arrived, and had just what was needed. He went to work right away, and in just a little over a half hour, had the spring replaced and the door back in operation. He is a true professional, and a really nice person. I feel extremely fortunate that I called Precision, and I would highly recommend them for any overhead garage door repair.

My garage door came off the track at 7 pm and Jay was at my home by 8:45 pm. Just arriving so fast was amazing but he repaired my door so quickly and double checked it and lubed it so it would work even smoother. The cable on one of our garage doors broke. I called Precision and they came to our home the next day. Steve, the Precision technician, examined both doors and recommended that we replace the cables and rollers. They were original equipment in our 16 year old home. We agreed, and within an hour Steve did an outstanding job in replacing our cables and rollers. Precision Garage Doors did a great job for us at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

I'd first used Precision about five years ago to replace a broken tension spring. When i found that the pulley wire was frayed, i came right back. Easy and fast to schedule a service visit, after describing the issue I was given a price estimate for the work and my appointment was scheduled for the following morning. The technician called ahead and arrived right in the middle of the service window I was offered. Very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work to be done after assessment. He also ran through the pricing again to make sure I was aware of how much it would cost. An hour later, all done, he again took the time to walk through the work he did, offered some tips on how to keep the doors in good working order. I paid by credit card and received the receipt by email right away. Worth every penny, will definitely use Precision again!
