I was in need of a repair to my garage door after Hurricane Sandy. I found Precision on the web and called them. Their response was immediate and they were able to get a rep out to take a look quickly. I wanted to keep the custom glass top panel and Precision was able to replace the three broken lower panels. The order came in as promised and the repair was professionally performed. The repaired door works and looks like new and they were able to even make it seal against the weather better than when the builder installed the door. My repair guys were James Dean and John Miles. Good job guys. If you need a repair or a new door I highly recommend Precision.
