Today your serviceman was at my home. Instead of acting as a typical employee; he acted like an owner trying to keep his business afloat. He was extremely friendly and showed me what was right and wrong. Explained what repairs were needed and why. What else can I say, he was OK in my book!! Will keep you in mind next time my garage door needs a "doctor".

It is very rare today to find a company that is honest and can deliver a product of high quality backed up by capable technicians that know what they are doing! Such was my experience with "Precision of South Jersey". Everyone treated me with respect and knowledge from the owner to the techs to the person who takes your calls.
