The crew that installed the garage door both introduced themselves, explained clearly what they were going to do and about how long it would take. They were truly professional. They seemed to really care and take pride in their work and were attentive to any concerns that I had, I'LL RECOMMEND YOU AND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF A DOOR. Having 120 associates working for my direct reports and myself enables me to appreciate great customer service. Thanks to my salesman Trevor for your help in selecting the best quality & style also. I appreciate that you were at my house in 15 minutes after the initial call too.

This was the second experience with Precision and again was satisfied. Great response time. A tech was out to my home within an hour! The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and well schooled. He represented the business very well. He also inspected both doors and pointed out a potential safety issue and therefore was given a welcomed ok to correct the problem.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your interest in customer feedback. It certainly is an important aspect of any business. In June 2007 one of my springs broke on the garage door. Precision promptly sent Jim Dean to replace the spring. He recommended a garage door rebuild to which I agreed. Because I was impressed with his knowledge and service I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. This time I needed to replace my door opener. Once more Precision sent a knowledgeable technician, Jeff Wardell. Jeff arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions including the stupid ones. I think you should give these guys a bonus. They are an asset to your company's reputation and also reflect the spirit of your employees.
