The tech that handled the repairs was quite knowledgeable. As luck would have it, the other garage door in our two-car garage had exactly the same thing happen to it roughly one week before this door malfunctioned, and I had called another party out to repair that door, so i had a chance to see first-hand the difference between the two techs.

Response time after my call was fast. Tech was able to evaluate problem and provide qoute for fixing within 5 minutes. Repair done in half and hour. Very professional and courteous. However cost of repair was higher than I expected.
