Steve, On April 4th James Dean & Jeff Wardell replaced many parts on my garage doors. They are now better than new. Not only were they professional, they were well spoken, neat & most of all polite. Kept me informed about arrival time & time of departure, instructions #101 for proper care & use, etc.. I don't know who "put manners on them"... their mothers or "Precision".. maybe both? The job was definitely handled professionally from start to finish. Thank you

Mr. Jones was a real pleasure to do business. He was on time, polite and spent time explaining how to re-set the mechanism. He went out of his way to repair other glitches, place instruction sheets with clickers, etc.
