I called Precision at about 11:00am, and they were going to send someone the same day! I was at work so I asked if it could be tomorrow. They sent someone first thing in the morning! That's service! Dave was my technician. He was great. I was very comfortable with him doing the work at my house. I would use Precision again and I would ask for Dave. Thank you, Peter K
