Brian came to my home to fix my garage doors which had a wide gap on the sides when closed and the cold air was coming into the garage making it difficult to keep warm. Not only was he very professional and polite, he fixed the gap on the sides and now my garage is staying much warmer....no more heat loss. Thank you Precision Garage.....I would highly recommend your company to my friends.

Our garage door broke on Christmas Eve. We called but expected them to say they would be there next week. They had it fixed on Christmas Eve and had it completed with in 1.5 hours. Thank you that was over and above customer service.

Was told 3-6 pm, waited at a newly purchased house that’s empty for 4 hours. Nobody called me to notify me that they wouldn’t make it on time. Doesn’t seem like the technicians fault, the girls at the office didn’t seem like it was a big deal that nobody called me to tell me they wouldn’t be here. I cancelled my appointment after waiting in the driveway for 4 hours. Wasn’t paying $90 for them to show up 4 hours late. I suppose I’ll try and reschedule, but a 3 hour window is tough to navigate.

It wasn't the outcome I was hoping for (door was not repairable) but they were prompt and professional and very courteous. Jim was at least able to get garage door closed so we don't have any critters making a new home inside my garage. Thank you for that VM Brick, NJ
